Susan Wortzman

is the founder of Wortzman Nickle Professional Corporation based in Toronto, Ontario.

Currently, Susan's practice focuses on providing e-discovery advice and litigation management support to law firms and corporations. Susan was formerly a partner in one of Canada's leading litigation firms. Her practice focused on a broad spectrum of complex litigation. She acted primarily as counsel for corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes.

Susan has delivered numerous lectures and written several seminal papers concerning e-discovery and its impact on litigation in Canada. She has chaired and participated in professional committees that have developed provincial and national guidelines for e-discovery.

Susan is a member of the Advocates' Society and the E- Discovery Task Force SubCommittee in Ontario. Susan is the past Chair of the Sedona Canada Working Group which has developed national guidelines for e-discovery in Canada.

Susan is a long distance runner and enjoys participating in a few races each year. With the rest of her free time, Susan loves reading, traveling and spending summers at the cottage, where she golfs, kayaks and relaxes with friends and family. Susan is also an avid bridge player and hopes one day to have time to go on the bridge tour.
