Susan Wortzman

is the founder of Wortzman Nickle Professional Corporation based in Toronto, Ontario.

Susan's practice focuses on providing e-discovery and records management advice to law firms and corporations. Prior to founding Wortzman Nickle, Susan was a partner in one of Canada's leading litigation firms. Her practice focused on a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation.

Susan's firm provides advice to its clients concerning the management of e-discovery, from preservation, identification, collection, processing, review and production of electronic records. Wortzman Nickle has worked extensively with its clients on litigation, tribunal and regulatory matters, including several Competition Bureau matters. Wortzman Nickle also provides advice to its clients on records management and technology strategies.
